Class of 2022 EOY Trip to Busch Gardens 5/22

Class of 2022 – EOY Field Trip Info

Greetings! This year, the Class of 2022 End of the Year Field trip will be going to Busch Gardens in Tampa, Florida. The Field trip is on Friday, May 22, 2020. The cost is 150.00 in total. A down payment of 75.00 is due by March 20, 2020. The payment in full (150.00) is due by April 13, 2020. The price includes transportation to the park, admission to the park, and 2 meal tickets. A permission slip must be filled out and submitted upon payment.

Expectations: On our trip you will be representing both SAC and PBC school district. It is
expected that you behave in an exemplary manner and dress appropriately with the Somerset spirit t-shirt. Students may wear long pants, capris, or knee length shorts. Students will be required to check in with their chaperone throughout the day. Students committing any unlawful act will be detained by park police until parent(s) pick them up at the park in Tampa, Florida.

Transportation: We will be leaving the school at 4:45 A.M. at the LATEST! It is important that you arrive at school by 4:30 A.M. to ensure we leave promptly. It is equally important that you have someone here to pick you up upon our arrival back to school. We will be back at the school at 10:00 P.M. Please make sure you have rides planned accordingly. The bus will be stopping periodically for brief restroom breaks.

Meals/Refreshments: Outside food is not permitted inside the park. Students have two meal tickets for the whole day with refreshments included. Students should additional money for other expenses if needed. (Gift shops, snacks, etc.)

Drop-off/Pick up: Please ensure students are at school by 4:30 A.M. for departure to Busch Gardens. Also ensure that students have a ride waiting for them upon our arrival back from Busch Gardens. We will be arriving back to school at 10:00 P.M.
